VP, Sales and Business Development
We're currently seeking an experienced sales and business development professional motivated by a results based compensation package including a generous bonus program.

You will spearhead the acquisition of new FE77 accounts by establishing and developing relationships with new business prospects. Focused on new business opportunities generated through a number of prospecting and traditional business development channels using your proven client contact reference list, marketing emails, advertising and traditional cold calls.

Responsible for initial identification, introduction, investigation, positioning, presentation and close of new business relationships and partnerships to streghten our postion and brand. Collaborates closely with development team to maximize revenue opportunity of business on an ongoing basis.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Reports to the President
• "C" Level contacts
• 10 years professional experience in Interactive professional services, strategic consulting, E commerce, software or systems integration.
• Experience in building a demand pipeline of new business ensuring that the active prospects level is sufficient to exceed established financial targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation using internal creative department.
• Motivated by a rewarding commission based compensation plan.
• Proven hands-on experience with senior executives in small to medium size businesses.
• Advanced negotiating skills and contract (statement of work) experience required
• Familiarity with Server and Enterprise systems and technologies, MBA or BA/BS with 10 years post graduate experience preferred.
• Must close $300,000 minimum in new business annually (account value).
